How we compare
A comparison is only useful if both tools are judged on the same criteria. We start with the official pricing page, then verify the feature list against the product itself, and finally score how well each tool fits the use case it claims to serve. The numbers you see come from the same review data used on each tool page, so the comparison never introduces a second, inconsistent source of truth.
We intentionally do not force a winner when two tools solve different problems. Pricing and rating tell you which is the better deal; the "Best For" row tells you which one fits your workflow. If the honest answer is "it depends", we say so instead of inventing a ranking.

How are the ratings calculated?
Ratings are our editorial 1–5 scores, based on hands-on testing, feature depth, pricing, and real user feedback. They are review scores, not user-generated averages, which is why the comparison page labels them clearly.
What if two tools serve different use cases?
The comparison still helps: pricing and rating show value at a glance, and the "Best For" row makes it obvious which tool matches your workflow. When the use cases diverge, we say so instead of forcing a winner.
